Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

We charge a flat shipping rate of $4.99 USD per order. Shipping is free automatically when you order 2 or more pairs — no code needed, the discount is applied at checkout based on quantity.

Pricing and currency shown at checkout depend on your shipping destination. We currently offer fixed local pricing for orders shipping to the United States (USD), Australia (AUD), the United Kingdom (GBP), and Canada (CAD).

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are typically 5–10 business days from the date your order ships. These are estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays can happen once a package is with the carrier.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your destination country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, get in contact with us and we'll help track it down.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the finish or configuration you want is to return the item you have (once approved) and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
